Your total repair cost is calculated by combining our service fee and the hourly labor rate. The service fee is a flat charge to cover the cost of all trips and logistical coordination for your service or repair.
Our Hourly Labor Rate is then applied to only the actual time our certified technicians spend working on your equipment. Any necessary replacement parts, such as fluids, filters or major components, are charged separately. This ensures you know exactly what you are paying for: trip coverage, hands-on expertise and necessary parts and supplies.
